Susan Hellman

Susan Hellman began her public television career at WLIW New York, leaving in 2008 as Director of Station Relations and Communications to become an independent consultant. Since that time she has expanded her client base beyond public broadcasting.

Her station relations efforts benefit from longtime relationships with public television programmers to secure consistent carriage for a wide range of  programs including documentaries, children's, performance, travel, cooking, and fundraising specials.

Creative publicity outreach campaigns tailored to client needs earn media placements in outlets from niche podcasts to national entertainment magazines and everything in between.

Hellman lives on Long Island with her husband and two daughters.
